Zyren offers subscription (autoship) plans as an optional purchase option, allowing you to receive your cream automatically while enjoying an exclusive discounts on every order.
By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorise Zyren to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the interval determined by the quantity you select, until you cancel.
Subscription Delivery Schedule:
- 1 cream subscription: 1 cream delivered every month
- 2 creams subscription: 2 creams delivered every 2 months
- 3 creams subscription: 3 creams delivered every 3 months
Subscription Terms:
- Subscription pricing is set at the time of enrolment and may be adjusted with at least 7 days' prior notice before your next billing cycle.
- You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account by logging in here: Manage My Subscription. You will need to log in using the email address you used at the time of purchase, or via Shop if you purchased through the Shop app. From there, you can fully manage your subscription.
- Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- If your payment method is declined, we may attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
- Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are not eligible for cancellation and are subject to the terms of our Refund & Return Policy.
- Zyren reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription programme at any time with reasonable notice.
