Zyren Refund & Return Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Order Only)

At Zyren, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your first order.

Visible results take time and consistent use, so the guarantee is designed around a full 60-day trial. If you have used your Zyren product as directed and you are not happy with your results, you can request a refund within the claim window below — no return required in most cases.

How the guarantee works:

  • Use it as directed. Apply your product twice a day, morning and night, from the day it arrives.
  • The claim window opens 60 days after your delivery date. Requests received before day 60 are not eligible under this guarantee. If you contact us earlier, we will ask you to keep using the product and get back in touch once you reach day 60.
  • The claim window closes 75 days after your delivery date. You have 15 days, from day 60 to day 75 after delivery, to request your refund. Requests received after day 75 are not eligible under this guarantee and will not be accepted.
  • How we count. Your delivery date is the date your order's tracking shows it as delivered. All days are calendar days. Your request counts as received on the date it reaches us at info@zyrenofficial.com.

Example: if your order was delivered on 1 March, you can claim the guarantee from 30 April until 15 May. After 15 May, the guarantee no longer applies to that order.

What the guarantee covers:

  • Your first order only. The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first Zyren order. If you place more than one order, only the first is covered. For example, if you order in April and again in May, only the April order can be refunded under the guarantee.
  • Product cost only. We refund the amount you paid for the products in that order, after any discounts. Shipping fees, handling fees and optional shipping protection are not refunded.
  • If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
  • To help us verify your experience and prevent misuse, we may ask you to provide before-and-after photos as part of the refund process.

To make a claim, email us at info@zyrenofficial.com within your claim window with your order number and a short description of your experience.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation Fee: A $2.00 restocking fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@zyrenofficial.com. You do not need to return the damaged item — we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns. However, refunds may be issued in certain cases, reviewed individually.

To request a refund:

  • Email us at hello@zyrenofficial.com or info@zyrenofficial.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  • Our team will review your case and let you know whether a refund can be issued, along with any next steps.
  • Refunds are only granted after prior communication with our team. Please do not send products back unless we specifically ask you to.

Christmas Delivery Notice

Due to high holiday demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after December 1st. Please order early to avoid delays.

Policy Amendments

Zyren reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
