This is a retinol cream. That is the whole product.

Retinol builds collagen. It does that well. But collagen is not what tightens a saggy neck — elastin is. Elastin is what gives skin its natural tightness and retinol doesn't rebuild it. That is why the reviews are full of women saying their lines look softer but their neck still sags.

Retinol is also the number one reason necks get irritated. Neck skin is thin and retinol is strong. Reviewers say to start every third night and build up. Plenty of them never get past the redness and give up.
