Repeat each movement 5-10 times for best results.

1. Cleanse your face:
Wash and pat dry your face.

2. Apply oil/serum:
Apply a few drops to help the tool glide smoothly.

3. Hold the tool:
Use a 15-degree angle, almost flat against the skin.

4. Neck:
Scrape upwards from the base of the neck to the jawline.

5. Jawline:
Glide from the chin to the ear.

6. Cheeks:
Move from the nose outwards to the ear.

7. Under-eye:
Gently glide from the inner corner to the temple.

8. Forehead:
Scrape from the center outwards to the hairline.

9. Clean the Gua Sha:
Wash with warm water and soap, then dry.
